When will I get my stuff?
Well, we’re not Amazon Prime, but we’re pretty fast! It usually takes 3-7 days to fulfill your order, and then it’s off to your doorstep. Shipping times depend on where you call home, but here’s what you can expect:
- USA/Canada: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days (we know, it's a wild range – it's all those kangaroos)
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (we hope you packed snacks)

Honestly, 2020 vibes are still lingering, and things might take longer than usual. The whole industry is dealing with delays, from our suppliers to shipping carriers. Thanks for your patience while the world catches its breath!
Where’s my order shipping from?
We work with an on-demand fulfillment company with magical warehouses all over the globe! Your order could be coming from a faraway land… or just down the street.
Will I be charged customs?
Maybe. Customs and taxes are a mystery, kinda like trying to assemble IKEA furniture without the manual. We don’t control these fees, but your local customs office sure does. It’s best to check with them if you’re unsure!
My order should be here by now, but it’s MIA! What do I do?
Before you hit the panic button, do us a solid and:
- Double-check your shipping confirmation email for any typos in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they’re holding it hostage.
- Swing by your neighbors' place (maybe they’re enjoying your package on their porch).
If everything looks good and your order’s still playing hide-and-seek, drop us a line at hello@teespls.com with your order number, and we’ll track it down like Sherlock Holmes.
If there was a mistake in the address, we’ll send you a replacement, but you’ll need to cover the shipping. (We love you, but we’ve got our limits!)
